Definitions and Scope of Agreement

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between wow88me ("Platform", "we", "operator") and the individual who registers or uses the services offered under the domain wow88me.onl ("Member", "you"). This Agreement governs all aspects of platform use, including account registration, gaming activity, financial transactions, and communication with the support team.

"Services" covers all online gaming products available on this platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, Dragon Tiger, Crash Games, and any other products that may be added from time to time. This platform operates under a valid international licence and complies with the applicable licensing requirements.

Membership Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account at wow88me, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period of service use:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of account registration.
• Register using complete, accurate and current personal information, including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Not hold any other active account on the wow88me platform, whether in your own name or through a third party.
• Act on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent or trustee of any third party.
• Understand that online betting activity may be subject to local laws and that you are fully responsible for ensuring your participation complies with the applicable laws.

wow88me reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated period may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, as well as withholding of balances subject to investigation.

User Account and Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. You are required to choose a strong password and not disclose it to any party. wow88me will not ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

Every activity that occurs under your account is considered to be carried out by you, unless you have reported loss of account control to our support team within a reasonable time. wow88me is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

wow88me accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit conditions: The minimum deposit is RM10 for each payment method. No maximum deposit limit is stated publicly, however accounts may be subject to anti-money laundering (AML) review for transactions that exceed certain thresholds.

Withdrawal conditions: The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Processing is carried out within 5 to 30 minutes subject to completion of all wagering requirements and full identity verification. wow88me reserves the right to carry out additional security checks for withdrawals deemed unusual.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

wow88me offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus offer is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Welcome bonus: New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200, and you need to place bets totalling RM1,000 (RM100 × 10) before any withdrawal is processed.

For larger deposits, for example if you deposit RM2,200, a bonus of RM1,000 will be credited (the maximum cap), bringing your balance to RM3,200, and the wagering requirement is RM10,000 (RM1,000 × 10) before a withdrawal is approved.

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per member or per device.
• wow88me reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there are indications of misuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash before the wagering requirements are met.
• Other promotions such as weekly cashback for VIP members have their own conditions which will be stated separately.

VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback

wow88me operates a five-tier VIP programme that rewards loyal members based on their level of gaming activity. The VIP tiers and weekly cashback rates are as follows:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%
• Diamond — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

Progression to higher VIP tiers depends on your continued betting activity on the platform. wow88me reserves the right to review and adjust any member's VIP tier based on recent activity. Cashback is credited weekly and may be subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted.

Prohibited Conduct

To protect the integrity of the platform and ensure fairness to all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another individual to register multiple accounts.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using bots, automated scripts, third-party AI software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Manipulating the game system, exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities discovered, and failing to report them to management.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity, including financial fraud.
• Threatening, insulting, or behaving disrespectfully toward the customer support team or other members.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

wow88me provides its services on an "as is" basis. The platform makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability of its services at any time.

Under any circumstances, wow88me's financial liability to any member is limited to the total amount deposited into that member's account during the thirty-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. This excludes indirect, consequential losses or loss of profit.

Betting involves financial risk. wow88me is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting activity. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions, and we encourage all members to gamble responsibly.

Legal Compliance and Jurisdiction

The wow88me platform operates under a recognised international licence. You, as a member, are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in online betting activities complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your area of residence.

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws relevant to the international licence held by the platform operator. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant licensing body.

Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

You may close your account at any time by contacting the wow88me 24/7 support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance (after deduction of any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

For members who feel that their betting activity has become a problem, wow88me provides a self-exclusion facility. You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through our support team. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or carry out any transactions.

wow88me also reserves the right to close any member's account at our absolute discretion, particularly where there is a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any matter deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform.
